1. About Waverado

Waverado is a free online radio directory that helps you discover and listen to radio stations from around the world. We provide a platform to browse, search, and stream radio content. The service is available via our website and may be available through mobile applications.

Waverado acts as an intermediary platform that embeds or links to publicly available radio streams. We do not produce, own, or host the audio content broadcast by radio stations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Waverado, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

3. Permitted Use

Waverado is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may use our platform to discover and access links to publicly available radio streams.

Waverado does not grant any rights to the audio content itself — all rights to radio streams belong to the respective radio stations and their licensors.

4. Prohibited Activities

5. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property

Waverado provides access to radio streams, station logos, and related content from third-party sources. All intellectual property rights to such content remain with their respective owners and licensors.

We do not claim ownership of any third-party audio content, station names, logos, or trademarks displayed on our platform. These are the property of the respective radio stations and their licensors.

The Waverado website design, interface, original graphics, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. For Radio Station Owners

If you are a radio station owner and wish to have your station added, updated, or removed from our directory, please contact us via the contact page.

We respect intellectual property rights and will promptly respond to legitimate requests regarding station listings.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Radio streams may become unavailable, change URLs, or be discontinued by their operators without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVERADO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We are not responsible for the content, quality, or availability of third-party radio streams, nor for any content broadcast by radio stations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waverado and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Moldova.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
